LSU Lady Tigers Basketball has supported Alzheimer’s Services with donations from the Tiger Athletic Fund in memory of Coach Sue Gunter who cared for her mother with Alzheimer’s. Coach Van Chancellor served as our 2009 Walk/Run to Remember Chairman in honor of Coach Gunter and his mother-in-law who also has Alzheimer’s.

In appreciation of their support Alzheimer’s Services is encouraging attendance at the game on Sunday, February 28, 2010. Tickets can be purchased for a reduced cost of $2.00 each. To purchase tickets, go to lsusports.net/groups, the username name will be ALZBR and password tigers.

Alzheimer’s Services will have 100 tickets available free to participating families. If you are interested please call for up to 4 tickets per family. Tickets will be given away on a first call awarded basis until all tickets are given away.
